The Wild Turkeys' fun stage presence and energetic sound has been recently coined as "Swamp-Stomp Country." Armed with fiddles, mandolin, guitar, bass, harmonica, a tin can percussive suitcase contraption and melodic four part harmonies, the gang of brothers (Sheldon & Marshall JÃ¤Ã¤skelÃ¤inen, Devin & Vaughn Alexander) win over the hearts and ears of audiences everywhere they go!

After 10 years together, The Coal Men have signed with Funzalo Records. Featuring lead singer/guitarist Dave Coleman - whose laid-back drawl falls somewhere between Lynyrd Skynyrdâ��s Ronnie Van Zant and Alan Jackson - drummer Dave Ray, and bassist Hitch (short for Hitchcock), The Coal Menâ��s music is rich, full of melody and hooks, and incredibly entertaining. Their songs tell stories, conveying pain, love, longing, hope and hopelessness. Behind those lyrics, their music is lush and beautiful.

On the Town is for dogs over six months old. We'll take advantage of the natural distractions of downtown South Haven to practice real-life skills including loose leash walking, sitting at corners, and polite retail behavior. Classes will be held outdoors.

Puppy Primer is for puppies up to six months old. Socialization to people and other dogs is encouraged while we introduce and practice foundation cues such as sit, down, attention, and come here. Housetraining, puppy mouthing, jumping and other common issues will also be covered.

Dance like it's 1947!! The Warren Senior Center, Casco Band and Foundry Hall are offering their first ever senior dance with the region's biggest and longest-running brass band! The Casco Band has been a Southwest Michigan fixture for many years. Its performers span several generations, and its repertoire spans the last two centuries - including favorite patriotic tunes, marches, polkas, swing and much more. All ages are warmly welcomed to this one-of-a-kind community event!

Ordo Sakhna is a Kyrgyz folk music performance group which introduces the epic nomadic civilization of Central Asia to audiences worldwide. The musicians display the beauty, color and diversity of many authentic Kyrgyz instruments and dress styles while performing traditional Kyrgyz music. The ten person ensemble presents a repertoire of ancient-traditional melodies and dastans (short sections of epics) which have been passed through generations for many centuries.

George Worthmore, a star in the NYC music scene for over twenty years, began as a guitarist with Kinky Friedman. He's played backup guitar for Bo Diddley, Ben E. King, Lou Christy, and The Platters. He's also performed as a second guitarist with Hot Tuna. His current show is a tour de force of solo acoustic guitar, from Ragtime to Blues, with some Bach thrown in for good measure. The music is interlaced with humorous comments and amusing stories about the songs and his experiences.

Smoochknob is led by drummer/vocalist and founder Donnie Rife - former drummer/singer for the legendary Midwest band, The Blue Meanies. He formed Smoochknob (reference to Midwest slang for a suicide knob on a car steering wheel) shortly after moving from Iowa City to Portland, OR. His catchy tongue-in-cheek songs garner comparisons to similarly infectious and clever punky bands like Weezer and Presidents of the United States of America.

Killer vocalist Ami Moss - daughter of legendary Christian blues artist and preacher, Glenn Kaiser - sings a smokey version of jazz and blues with bandmates Brach Siemens and Joby Morrey on guitar and upright bass. Their rich arrangements and complex solo interactions harken back to the great jazz combos of the 1920s-30s, with Moss's original lyrics touching on subjects of faith, love and strength through tough times. South Haven banjoist/guitarist/fiddler Andru Bemis will also perform.

Lee Murdock has uncovered a boundless body of music and stories in the Great Lakes - songs are made of hard work, hard living, ships that go down and ships that come in. The music is grounded in the work song tradition, from the rugged days of lumberjacks and wooden sailing schooners. Making folk music for the modern era, Murdockâ��s work is a documentary and also an anthem to the people who live, work, learn and play along the freshwater highways of North America.

Seventh Son is the oldest blues band in Kalamazoo, Michigan. They perform for the love of the music. Where "professional" musicians are compelled by the marketplace to perform the same set of saleable musical commodities night after night, Seventh Son revels in the freedom to play the music that moves them, which means even their regular listeners never hear the same set twice. The 7-piece band's instrumentation includes: harmonica, guitar, keyboards, bass, drums and two saxophones.

Veteran recording artist and Michigan native Mike Struwin has paired up with Michiana jam crafters, Fillmore's Ladder, splicing Struwin's roots vibe with Fillmore's improvisational groove. Playing under the name "Mike Struwin & The Rootsdown Band," this alchemy is taking them into magical territory, where great composition and psychedelic mastery have evolved into something golden. Struwin's lyric-driven Americana songcraft has been compared to that of Paul Westerburg and John Mellencamp.

Born in France in the early 60s, Claude Bourbon grew up in Switzerland, where he was classically trained for many years. Now based in the UK, this finger picking guitarist has performed and studied all over the world; he's crafted an unbelievable fusion of classical and jazz, with ethereal Eastern influences, Spanish and Latin elements with strains of Western folk. The unique Monsieur Bourbon is a formidable performer, who plays which such precision that his hands often seem to melt to a blur.

An Dro performs traditional acoustic music with a creative jazzy twist. You'll hear traditional Irish melodies, medieval French songs, Breton dance tunes, Scandinavian refrains, Appalachian influences, Latin rhythms, and African grooves - all built on a Celtic foundation. These myriad styles are complemented by an equally diverse array of instruments: fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, hurdy-gurdy, harp, doumbek, bodhran, cajon and tambourine are just part of the band's musical palette.
