During the day on Saturday, the Dragon Boat teams take to the water. Dragon Boat racing on the Black River has been a mainstay of Harborfest since its inception. Harborfest is a "free" event sponsored by local merchants and businesses. The Mainstage will feature as many as 20 Bands and Performers over a 4 day period.
