This class will teach the ins and outs of searching the U.S. Federal Census. Learn about wild-carding and other skills to locate those hard-to-find families. Registration is required. 2:00 pm  Sunday Afternoon Concert Series: Folias Flute and Guitar Duo
The Grand Rapids based Folias Flute and Guitar Duo was founded by the husband and wife duo Carmen Maret and Andrew Bergeron in 2002. They perform original flute and guitar music influenced by classical, tango, and jazz. They have performed in concert halls, clubs and for tango events across North America. The duo’s original compositions and arrangements have been recorded on the Blue Griffin Recording and White Pine Music labels and have been reviewed by Flute Talk magazine and Fanfare Magazine. Carmen Maret and Andrew Bergeron are also avid bloggers and you will find posts on their love for food, the great outdoors, and adventurous touring at their website foilasmusic.com.
