SNOWSHOE & CROSS COUTRY SKI EVENT. Participants will snowshoe or cross country ski around a 2 mile trail on Canthooke Valley. During the walk participants will be looking for green clovers hidden near the trail. A fire will be lit at the halfway point of the trail where hot and cold refreshments will be served. After the event refreshments and pizza will be served at the Inn Lounge. Cash Prizes will be awarded to teams that find the most green clovers. Event Registration Begins at 12:30pm (more)

The parade will start staging at 4:30pm at Division and First Streets in the parking lot of Huntington Bank. The parade will start at 5pm and proceed down Division Street to Lake Street. A reception will be held at the Eagles Club immediately following the parade. "The 10th Amendment vs. the Federal Leviathan". Patrick Wright, senior legal analyst at the Mackinac Center and former assistant attorney general for the state of Michigan will address the meeting. He will discuss the constitution, particularly the 10th Amendment and how courts have interpreted it through the years.
