Raisin Pickers-> Creole du Nord: Mark Palms other band The band's sound can be traced to southwest Louisiana's traditional music mixed with some crossover tunes as in Cluck Old Hen or Rueben’s Train. They play Cajun, Creole, Zydeco music that suggests sounds rooted in pre-mass media Americana. On accordion, fiddle, banjo, guitar, bass, percussion they mix things up between different forms of Old Time & Cajun music.
