Description:

Former members of Alison Krauss & Union Station and The Dan Tyminski Band have formed this new bluegrass supergroup lead by six time IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year Adam Steffey. His recent project on Sugar Hill Records, "One More For The Road", has been acclaimed as one of the best bluegrass albums of 2009. We can expect The Boxcars to cover this material and branch out into music from their current project that they are presently recording for a mid-Summer 2010 album release.
